Practical Issues

Registration Participation in the event is free, but if you intend to come, please register to help us with the planning. Registration deadline is June 15, 2013.

To register, please send an e-mail to Science.Secr.MathIns@uu.nl with the following information:

    •  Name;
    •  Affiliation;
    •  Whether you want to come to the celebratory dinner and, if so,
        •  How many will accompany you for the dinner,

        •  Dietary requirements.

Location Talks will take place on the campus of Utrecht University at Utrecht Science Park / de Uithof. Conveniently reached from the town center and railway station by bus 11/12.

Dinner In the evening of the 11th there will be a celebratory dinner, which will be subsidized, but not free. The  precise figure will be made public once the details for the feast are settled.

Hotel If you need a hotel at Utrecht, we ask you to make your own arrangements, unless you are an invited speaker. Here are some hotels:
