Magnet Block

The eight pieces have magnets at positions 1, 2, 3 and/or 4. The objective is to make a square block where everything is fixed, that is, not piece of subset of pieces can be removed effortlessly. More precisely, without undoing a magnetic attachment of a positive and a negative pole. There are 14 magnets in total, but only 5 of the one polarization and 9 of the other polarization. So, not all magnets are opposing another magnet in the solution.
