Marco van Leeuwen's SAP home page

This is the home page of Marco van Leeuwen. I am working in the Subatomic Physics (SAP) group of the University of Utrecht. Our group performs experiments to study the strong nuclear interaction, Quantum Chromo Dynamics (QCD). I am a member of the STAR collaboration at RHIC and the ALICE collaboration at LHC. My main research interest is the use of so-called 'hard probes' to probe hot and dense QCD matter generated in heavy ion collisions.
